James Page

Owner and President

James Page has been the owner of James Page Construction since 1982 when he took over the company from his father, Tom Page. He has expanded the business from a small two-man company to the 14-man corporation it is today. Mr. Page has over 40 years of experience in the carpentry business starting out with masonry work which then evolved to building houses.

For the last 15 years Mr. Page has focused on commercial remolding, specializing in hospital remodeling. He has continued to expand Page Construction in the last five years to include both commercial and residential remodeling.

Derrick Mills

Vice President and Cabinet Shop Foreman

Derrick is Mr. Page’s grandson. He is responsible for all custom cabinetry, countertops, and any finish woodworking. Derrick is certified in both commercial and residential solid surface fabrication and has over 10 years experience in the construction business.

Gloria Page

Administrative Assistant

Gloria has been married to James for over 42 years. After retiring from Lazarus after 20 years, she took over the accounting for the company. Gloria is the friendly voice you will hear when you call the office.
